With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Andrea is passionate about helping government agencies modernize their service delivery and improve access to essential programs.

A proven sales leader, Andrea has built and managed high-performing teams, developed national go-to-market strategies, and closed multi-million-dollar opportunities in the Health and Human Services industry. Her expertise in value-based selling, relationship development, and complex sales lifecycles has consistently driven organizational growth and client success.

Prior to founding TipCo, Andrea held senior business development roles where she expanded market presence, fostered strong client partnerships, and introduced innovative technology solutions, including a mobile platform for child welfare.

As CEO, Andrea remains committed to helping customers achieve meaningful results—through technology, trusted partnerships, and a shared focus on community impact.

Greg Tipping

Greg brings over 25 years of combined experience in human services and technology professional services. His background as both a caseworker and assistant director gives him a ground-level understanding of safety net programs, which he applies to developing and managing company strategy. He is driven by a commitment to helping individuals, families, and communities access the services they need.

This hombre's been wranglin' software and process solutions for a mighty 16 years, using that fancy OnBase by Hyland Software Tool Set to tackle the toughest business problems out there. He's got a reputation for gettin' things done, deliverin' projects on time, and leavin' them customers mighty satisfied.

Now, Greg ain't just a lone ranger. Nope, he built up the whole dang Implementation Services Team from scratch over at Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc. They've been ridin' high on a string of successful projects, coverin' six whole states like Ohio, Nevada, West Virginia, Maryland, and Louisiana. This fella's got a knack for solvin' them complex business processes, usin' the latest tech tools and his sharp know-how.

But it ain't just about the work, pardner. Greg knows how to build a team that's tough as nails. He's rounded up folks from all walks of life, bringin' together their diverse backgrounds to tackle the strategic goals of the organization. This hombre's got the education to back him up too, with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.

He has worked with groups on numerous technical platforms for a variety of industries including health and human services, automotive manufacturing, agricultural manufacturing, medical engineering, healthcare revenue integrity, bill payment, insurance, and finance. He has served software product organizations in many roles, the last several in executive leadership.

Don has dedicated his work to leading and coaching software product organizations to a healthy balance of focused-value delivery, professionalism, and sustainability. He recognizes that many of the issues that impact software product teams are human and communication opportunities, not just technology or processes.
