1. Introduction
TipCo Automated Systems (“TipCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to tipcoautomatedsystems.ai (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. It does not govern data collected through TipCo’s EVA product suite (EVA Phone, EVA Texting, EVA Companion, EVA Interview, EVA R&R) when deployed by a government or public-sector agency under a separate services agreement—that data is governed by the applicable customer contract and any related data processing terms.
2. Information We Collect

- Technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information—such as case-level data about clients of human services agencies—through the Website. The Website is a marketing and informational resource; it is not a portal for submitting confidential or case-related information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Contact form submissions on the Website are collected and managed through our website’s form software (Fluent Forms Pro) and stored within our WordPress site backend. We do not currently use a separate third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or marketing automation platform to manage these submissions.
4. AI-Assisted Features
The Website does not currently include any live chat, AI assistant, or interactive product demo widget. The only way to submit information through the Website is via our standard contact form. If we add an AI-assisted feature to the Website in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what information it collects and how it is used.

6. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve the Website, including analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), website hosting, and forms or CRM tools. These providers may collect information via cookies or similar technologies, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where we use Google services such as Google Analytics, Google’s use of collected data is governed by Google’s own privacy and advertising policies. You can manage Google ad personalization, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking, through Google’s published settings pages.
