They do not govern your use of TipCo’s EVA product suite (EVA Phone, EVA Companion, EVA Interview, EVA R&R) when deployed by a government or public-sector agency under a separate services agreement; that use is governed by the applicable contract between TipCo and the agency.

The Website does not currently include any live chat, AI assistant, or interactive product demo feature—the Website is informational, and the only way to submit information is via our standard contact form. If we add an AI-assisted feature to the Website in the future, we will update these Terms to describe how it works and any limitations on its output.
